Proball Platnium are Proballs premium paint.  That seems like an odd statement because all of Proballs lines are top-notch in my book.  

The Platnium paintballs have neon fills. Platinums were designed to have thin shells to break on people better than the original Proball paintballs.

In our tests, Proball platinum performed very well. Every time someone was hit with the platinum it broke on the person, pack, or their marker. We did not have any balls not break. Another nice feature about the paintballs is the neon fills. When you were hit, you could easily view the break.

Most of the paintballs were shot through angels. During the entire day, no balls were chopped or broke in the barrel. This was during slow and rapid fire (8 to 10 balls a sec). I was also impressed with the straight flight of the ball.

In conclusion, these paintballs are very good balls. On the downside, they are a little costly to an average recreation player or to use as a practice paint. At this point in time, I believe the Prolytes are close in quality, but at a much cheaper price.
